The Orders Department's hours of business are as detailed

Public Holidays: 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM The RTT Medical Orders Department
is open every day of the year, with the exception of Sundays, Christmas Day
and New Years Day. However, should you wish to place your orders online via
this portal, orders can be placed 365 days a year and 24 hours a day!Should
you require detail pertaining to placing an emergency order, please see the

For your convenience, the RTT Medical service offering has been designed
in such a way that you can simultaneously place orders on any number of the
suppliers utilizing the RTT Medical channel - either via the RTT Medical Call Centre or via
this ordering portal. RTT Medical distributes on behalf of more than 30 suppliers of
quality pharmaceutical product.
RTT Medical operates an Emergency Orders line on a 24 hours per day
7 days a week basis - 0860 655 600. Only "life saving" products -
as defined by the supplier that markets the product - can be ordered via the
Emergency order service. So as to ensure that the facility is always available
in the case of an emergency, the Emergency Order facility is monitored for abuse!
The RTT Medical ordering portal provides you with a mechanism for
placing orders online! Online ordering is convenient, available 24 hours a day
and is available anywhere where you have Internet connectivity.
Should you wish to order online, all you need to do is to contact
the RTT Medical Customer Care Department and ask them to get you transacting online!
A Customer Care Consultant will ask you for the detail necessary to create your
logon. Once your account has been configured you will be contacted with your
user name and password.
Training will be done over the phone at a mutually convenient
time. Should you require it, a member of our roll out team will be more than
happy to come out to your premises and train you on how to get the most value
out of your online ordering account.
To place an order for Schedule 6 products, a Schedule 6 order
form and the appropriate prescription must be faxed to the RTT Medical Call Centre.
Once the documentation has been faxed, the originals must be posted to the address
specified on the Schedule 6 order form within 7 days.

The RTT Medical Customer Care Department provides RTT Medical's Customers
with a single point of contact for the resolution of queries. Should you have
a query, please feel free to contact the RTT Medical Customer Care Department on 0860
655 600. When logging a query with the RTT Medical Customer Care Agent, you will be
given a query reference number. Please make a note of the query reference number
and the name of the Agent that assisted you, as it will be of value to you should
you wish to phone in and enquire as to the status of your query at a later date.
